Q : What is the Varsity Baseball Return Policy?
A : At Varsity Baseball, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase that you make. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days** of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other charges. All items being returned must be in the same condition they were originally delivered in, with all parts, accessories and paperwork in order to ensure full credit.
**Our standard return policy does not apply to bats that have been taken out of the wrapper, or mitts that have been oiled or broken in by purchaser. For questions on returning these items, please refer to the provided manufacturers warranty information.
Q : Does Varsity Baseball offer a Team or League Discount rate?

Q : What does it mean if a product is on "Backorder"?
A : Varsity Baseball does its best to keep products in-stock, however there are rare occasions when a product will be out-of-stock. If a product is out-of-stock temporarily, then customers are still able to order the item with the expectations that it will be shipped as soon as the new stock comes in.
Q : What is the recommended method for breaking in a new glove?
A : Recommendations vary from manufacturer-to-manufacturer, and can be different depending on the leather-type and quality of glove you have. Call our toll free number at 1-888-704-2388, let us know which kind of glove you have, and we will tell you what the particular manufacturer recommends.
Q : What does the (-11) on my bat mean?
A : Each bat sold by Varsity Baseball has a negative number listed on it. Some are more clearly marked then others. This is referred to as the weight-to-length ratio. For example, if a 30 inch bat is marked -11, you would subtract 11 from 30 to determine the bats weight, which in this case, would be 19 ounces.
Q : If I need to make a warranty claim on an aluminum or composite bat, who do I contact?
A : All aluminum and composite bats sold by Varsity Baseball come with a full One-Year Manufacturers Warranty, unless otherwise specified. Keep your packing slip or invoice, and contact the bats manufacturer.
